Introducing the Company:

Pars Khazar Distribution Company, one of the subset companies among the Group of Companies affiliated to the Pars Tousheh Investment Company, was established in the year 1388 (2009), and was registered under the name of Pars Khazar Distribution Company (private joint stock) on Nov. 11, 2009, at Tehran Dept. for Reg. of Companies and Industrial Ownership, under Reg. No.: 362921 and National Identification No.: 10104092433. The Company has already commenced its activities based on the Missions inserted in the Articles-of-Association, and is currently covering all provinces of the country with its distribution and sales services through establishment and commissioning of 12 Distribution Centres, and founding of Regional Warehouses. This Company, currently supplies to the market the products manufactured by Pars Khazar Industrial, Pars Shahab, Shahab Tousheh, Pak Shoma, Techno Zarf, Nab Steel, Mahsan Electric Companies as well as some other local manufacturers, with 5 years records of presence in the country’s distribution industry.

Visionary Goals:

To gain the first position in distribution of home appliances and lighting products in Iranian Markets through applying the most accurate and scientific distribution methods. 

Statement of Mission:

Pars Khazar Distribution Company, incorporates the distribution networks, through investment in distribution processes and empowerment of the operation management via adherence to the fundamental principles of justly competition, in order to maximize the penetration in the markets of the Companies parties of the Contracts, and undertakes entire responsibility for distribution process in the chain-work of its customers’ values.

The main Mission of the Company is meeting the customers’ requirements of the sectors targeted in the markets, with the highest quality. The main advantages of the Company are providing an effective communication among the employees, commercial partners, suppliers and beneficiaries. All of the present activities are accompanied with the highest professional and moral standards.
