Introducing the Company:

This Company has been registered at Tehran Dept. for Reg. of Companies under title of Pars Shid Asia International Company (private joint stock) on May 31, 2010, under Reg. No.: 375408 with National Identification No.: 10320258345, and based on the procès-verbal of extraordinary general assembly dated Oct. 06, 2010, name of the company was converted to Pars Shahab Noghreh Company (private joint stock), that was registered at Tehran Dept. for Reg. of Companies under Reg. No.: 90/T 6471/32 dated May 18, 2011. Meanwhile, due to move of the legal residence of the Company, registration file of the Company was transferred from Tehran Province Dept. for Reg. to the Guilan Dept. for Registration of Deeds and Properties, and Reg. No. of the Company at the Astaneashrafieh Dept. for Reg. of Deeds and Properties, Companies Registration Office, under Reg. No.: 1380 dated Mar. 11, 2014, under Reg. No.: 123/92/18113.

Field of Activities of the Company:

Main field of activities of the Company, in accordance with Article No. 2 of the Articles-of-Association of the Company, consists of establishment, operation and development of the Company, factories and offices, in order to supply types of lighting systems and pertinent accessories, and, in general, taking an action for all operations for the production, assembly, purchase and sale, importation and exportation of general and special items required for the lighting systems consisting of types of burners, lighting parts, lamps, lamp-housings, lamp-bases and so on, relevant to the field of activities of the Company. Also, direct investment or partnership in such projects, directly or indirectly, accepting of representation, establishment of branches, conferring of representation licences within the country or abroad, purchase or sale of the shares of Company, establishment of the stores, giving types of lighting engineering services which are relevant to the activities of the Company. By virtue of Operation Permit No.: 30100/24 dated Jan. 20, 2013, administrated by the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Trade, operation of the Company has commenced on a capacity of (20,000,000 sets of lamps) as from Jan. 20, 2013.

Objectives:

Supplying of types of lighting systems and relevant attachments, and generally, proceeding to all operations for the manufacturing of Gas Tubes in 23,40 and … Watts, manufacturing of LED Lamps, assembly (all types of low-consumption (energy-saving) lamps), purchase and sale, importation and exportation of general and special items required for lighting systems, consisting of types of burners, igniters, luminous parts, lamps, lamp-housings, lamp-bases and so on, relevant to the activities of the Company.

Introducing the Products:

6-1- Manufacturing of types of CFL Lamps in different shapes, as follows, within the power range of 9 Watts to 200 Watts:

6-2- Production of FPL Lamp, 36 Watt.

6-3- Production of GAS TUBE, Semi SPIRAL, 23 Watt.
