Hobab Saz Company

Introducing the Company:

Hobab Saz Company has been established as a private joint stock Company on Dec. 09, 1984 and registered at Tehran Dept. for Registration of Companies and Industrial Ownerships, under Reg. No.: 54850 on Jan. 08, 1995.

The Company has been converted to a public Joint Stock Company on Jan. 20, 1999 and was conditionally admitted in Tehran Securities and Stock Exchange Organization on Mar. 05, 2000.

Current Status of the Company:

By considering the discontinuance of the Company’s activities in the year 1386 (2007) and lack of any new investment, that consequently ended to the sale of the factory and assets of the Company in the year 1390 and 1391 (2011 and 2012), finally, in order to liquidate the accounts of the debts to the Banks and others, on the basis of the sanctions from the Board of Directors, after some turns of tenders, eventually, at the latest process, in the price of 19 billion Rilas to Pars Shid Company, the winner of the tender, on October 2014, followed by some negotiations with the Bank and KPTC Company, consequently, the considered Contract-on-Sale was concluded and signed between Hobab Saz Company and Pars Shid Company on Mar. 19, 2015.
