Introducing the Company:

Pars Shahab Lamp Company has been established as a private joint stock company on Nov. 10, 1969, and under Registration No.: 13580 at Tehran Dept. for Reg. of Companies and Industrial Ownerships. The Company was converted to a public joint stock company on Feb. 13, 1995 and, consequently, was admitted in Tehran Securities and Stock Exchange Organization. Main centre of the Company is located in Tehran and the factory is situated in Rasht County. The affiliated and subsidiary companies of Pars Shahab Lamp Company (public joint stock) consist of:

• Pars Shahab Noghreh Company (private joint stock) as a subsidiary Company, was registered under title of Pars Sheed Asia International Company (private joint stock) at Tehran Dept. for Reg. of Companies and Industrial Ownerships on May 31, 2010, and consequently, in accordance with procès-verbal of extraordinary general assembly meeting dated Oct. 06, 2010, name of the Company was altered to Pars Shahab Noghreh Company (private joint stock).
• Shahab Tousheh Company (private joint stock) was established in fiscal year of 1378 (1999), and Shahab Shisheh Company (private joint stock) was established in fiscal year of 1379 (2001) which, respectively, 45% and 40% of their shares, by nominal values, are under ownership of the main Company. Mahtab Khorasan and Hobab Saz Companies, both were purchased by the main Company (Pars Shahab Lamp Co.) to the amount of 25% of their shares, in conventional traded values, in the financial year of 1381 (2002), and are considered as affiliated companies.

Field of Activities:

Main activities of the investor Company, subsidiary and affiliated companies are in the field of manufacturing of Bulbs, Incandescent Lamps, Florescent and Energy-Saving Lamps.
