Introducing the Different Sectors of the Company:

Shahab Shisheh Company is manufacturer of the glass for types of lamps by using the raw materials. Raw materials are combined in the Batch Plant sector, the materials are melted in the Furnace Sector, and tubes are manufactured in two Donner lines and Bulbs are manufactured in one line. General specifications of the aforesaid sectors are as follows:

Specifications of the Batch Plant:

Raw materials are stored in Batch Plant Section which is a full-steel structure, 22 metres heigh, and in the pertinent silos, thereafter, are weighed out by an accurate and fully controlled weighing system, and consequently, mixed inside a Mixer. Main design of the Batch Plant is from ZIPPE Company of Germany, and manufactured by the Iranian Company of Abgin San’at Hegmataneh.

Specification of the Furnace (Kiln):

Designed by SORG Company of Germany, in the End Fire Type and Recuperation Type, and its Recuperator of two-layer steel. This Furnace consists of Melter with 25.00 sq. metres area, Working End distribution type and three Forhearths with capacity of 10 Tons of drawing-in for each one (totally 30 Tons drawing-in capacity for the Furnace). The glass produced in this Furnace is of Soda Lime type, and the main fuel of the Furnace is natural gas. The substitution fuel is gas oil (only for Melter) and also liquified gas (for all parts of the Furnace). The Furnace has a 300-K-Volt Amperes electric Booster which is applied as melting agent which turns the glass into more crystalline phase.

Specifications of the Manufacturing Lines:

Shahab Shisheh Company has three manufacturing lines which are fed through three furnace outlets consisting of two Donner Lines of I and II for manufacturing of glass tubes for florescent lamps, and one manufacturing line of glass Bulbs used for incandescent lights. Forming Line I machineries consisting of Mandrel Machine, Muffle, Drawing and Tube Diameter Measurement System for Tube diameter Measurement System, have been purchased from Olieto Company, Italy, and Forming Machine for the formation of two Heads of Tubes is made by Toshiba Company of Japan. Bulb manufacturing line, in its turn, holds a Rotary Machine called T36 for the production of Bulbs in Blow & Blow Method, made by Olieto Company of Italy. The manufactured Bulbs, for removing the strain, will go inside an Annealing Furnace. This Annealing Furnace is made in Abgin San’at Hegmataneh Company.

Field of Activities of the Company:

Manufacturing of glass Bulbs for incandescent lights and glass tubes for the production of Florescent Lamps, which are produced  in Lamp Manufacturing Companies (including Pars Shahab Lamp Company).

Introducing the Products:

Products of the Bulb Sector: B35-A60-A80 Bulbs have been manufactured in Shahab Shisheh Company so far. Other Bulbs can be manufactured and sold upon requests from customers.

Products of the Tube Sector: G40-G36-G20-G18 Tubes and types of Stem Tubes sizes have been already manufactured at Shahab Shisheh Company, up to now, and other tubes, in different sizes and dimensions, can be manufactured and supplied based on the application from the customers.
