Pars Zarasa Home Appliances Design and Industrial Company (private joint stock)

Background of the Company:

Pars Zarasa Home Appliances Design and Industrial Company was founded in May 2001 and a plot of land with an area of 17,680 m² located in Rasht Industrial Estate, owned by Pars Khazar Industrial Company, was allocated to it in order to construct a production hall, warehouse and office building. Production activities of the Company commenced upon completion of construction operations and installation of equipment required, in August 2002.

Fields of Activities:

Fields of activities of the Company in accordance with Article 2 of the Articles-of-Association, comprises establishment, operation and development of plants in order to manufacture different types of electrical and electronic home appliances as well as parts and accessories in Iran, and in general, proceeding for all industrial and production operations, manufacturing or preparation of the above-mentioned products, selling them, direct investment or partnership in them, whether directly or indirectly, which would be necessary in execution of the fields of activities of the Company, venturing in fulfillment of purchase and sales operations, import and export of materials, various parts and products that are directly or indirectly related to the fields of activities of the Company, obtainment of representation licences, establishment of branches and granting representation credential for inside or outside the Country, partnership with production, commercial, service, agricultural, mineral and constructional companies.

Objectives:

The aim of establishing of the Company has been designing and manufacturing of electrical and electronic home appliances with superior qualities and less cost prices in order to be competitive both in domestic and foreign markets.
