Khazar Sintech Electro-motor Manufacturing Company (private joint stock)

Khazar Sintech Electro-motor Manufacturing Company has been established in private joint stock basis on Aug. 28, 2001 and registered at the Department for Registration of Companies and Non-commercial Institutions ,under Reg. No. of 177913 dated Aug. 28, 2001.

Fields of Activities of the Company:

In accordance with Article No. 2 of the Articles-of-Association of the Company, fields of activities of the Company consist of establishment, operating and development of factories for the manufacturing of types of electro-motors, parts and components in Iran, taking actions for all design, industrial, production and manufacturing operations, or preparation of products and selling them, direct investment or partnership in investments, directly, purchase and sale, importation and exportation of materials and components of different products, obtainment of agency licences, establishment of branches and conferring Representation Permits within the country and abroad, partnership with production, commercial, servicing, agricultural, mining and construction Companies.

Members of the Board of Directors:

• Mr. Houshang Dadvash, as the representative for the Pars Shid Commercial Company, in the capacity of Chairman of the Board of the Directors,
• Mr. Alireza Zaboli as the representative for the Pars Tousheh Investment Company, in the capacity of Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors,
• Mr. Kambiz Nasiri Abrishamchi as the representative for the Nour Tousheh International Company, in the capacity of Managing Director and Member of the Board of Directors,
• Mr. Hamid Firouz Bakht as the representative for the Pars Khazar Industrial Company, in the capacity of the Member of the Board of Directors,
• Mr. Mohammad Ebrahimi Nasrabadi as the representative for the Pars Zarasa Home Appliances Design and Industrial Company, in the capacity of the Member of the Board of Directors.
