Yazd Polyester Company  

Yazd Polyester Company was established in the year 1373 (1994) in order to supply the raw materials demanded by the Fibers and Yarns Production Units of the country within the geographical boundaries of the central Iran, located in Yazd Province, with the daily capacity of 200 Tons (70,000 Tons per year).

Vicinity of the consumption resources and also access to state country-wide railroad have been considered as factors of advantage for the localization of the plan. Implementation operations commenced through cooperation of Noi Valcina from Italy and local well-known contractors, and by the allocation of an expenditure of more than 18 million Dollars and approximately the sum of 110 billion Rilas, and consequently, at the end of year 1381 (2002), experimental production was commenced, and practically as from the beginning of the year 1382 (2003) production operation commenced based in conformity with the international defined standards.

Exceptional quality of products in the shortest possible time, provided possibility for presence in the world markets in such a way that, in the years 1382 (2003), 1383 (2004), 1384 (2005) and 1385 (2006) products were exported to the European, African, Eastern Asia as well as to the Central American markets.
